I was accepted to the Master in Teaching program at the Evergreen State College, starting in September. I am both excited/happy and a little wistful… it will be a long time before I have truly “free” days — I am still in school full-time getting the last of the prerequisites, and this summer will be jump-starting (I hope) my career by taking a full-time load again, for a reading endorsement that will add on to the Elementary and Mid-level Humanities endorsements I am officially enrolling for. With luck, I will have a few weeks to recuperate in September between the time the kids are back in their school and I walk in the door for mine… *fingers crossed hopefully…*
